The master plan has been a participatory design experience, since the project was commissioned by 13 families owning the parcels. It meets the municipality Environment requirements, with the best placement on the assigned area in terms of insolation, wind circulation and resource containment, which guarantee low environmental impact. The road system project involves particular measures in order to moderate traffic and to allow a safe and complete use of the area for children, pedestrians and cyclists.
